Our philosophy
Having a dedicated project manager on-site during installations is crucial to ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. At ECS, we assign a skilled project manager to oversee every aspect of the installation process, acting as the primary point of contact between the client, installation team, and vendors. This on-site presence ensures that any issues are addressed in real-time, from coordinating deliveries and managing timelines to overseeing quality control and troubleshooting unexpected challenges. The project manager’s role is to ensure that all FFE items are installed correctly, meet the client’s specifications, and are placed in their intended locations without delays. At many of ECS's larger scale projects, we prefer to stage our products like this so that we get an
overall count of everything and can easily conduct where every item goes. This picture was taken in
