Over the years, ECS has developed extensive experience in managing the logistics of moving and tracking thousands of items for various projects. We have honed our systems and processes to ensure that every piece of furniture, fixture, and equipment is accounted for, delivered on time, and installed with precision. Most recently, we successfully managed a large-scale Universal Pre-K project, which involved outfitting 55 classrooms, each with 500 items of specialized furniture and equipment. This project required meticulous coordination, from inventory tracking to the timely delivery and installation of each item. Our team utilized advanced tracking systems to monitor every product’s location and status, ensuring that no item was missed and that each classroom was fully equipped to create an optimal learning environment.
