Our Team
Katie Bricker
CEO
Katie provides leadership, management, and oversight at ECS. She focuses on ensuring that our customers receive what they ordered, and the support needed in the process. Katie earned a BS in History and International Studies with a Russian minor from Northwestern University and a MA in Public Policy from George Mason University’s School of Policy, Government, and International Affairs. Katie worked as a government negotiator for close to a decade for nonproliferation issues and educated her three children at home while moving as a military spouse. She now brings her education and experience to assist the customers of ECS to meet their goals and needs.
Paul Bricker
Senior vice President
Paul brings government affairs expertise along with exemplary leadership skills to the ECS team. He has extensive experience in advocacy and healthcare having worked within The Livingston Group as a lobbyist and as the Chief Operating officer for the Army Distaff Foundation and Knollwood Life Plan Community, a senior living community in Washington, DC.
Paul retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Army with more than 28 years of service. He is a trained aviator with a distinguished record of performance leading soldiers on multiple combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He passionately supports Gold Star and wounded warrior families.
Paul has a Master of Science degree in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University, and a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from Golden Gate University. He received his undergraduate education in 1984 from Michigan State University. Go Spartans!

Dawn Okada provides procurement expertise and support at ECS by cultivating productive relationships with vendors to provide the best possible value for our customers. Dawn is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Management Science. She previously worked as computer programmer/analyst for the Department of Energy and the Food and Drug Administration before choosing to homeschool her six children. Through her work at ECS, Dawn is able to use her previous education and experience to provide needed support to customers so they can achieve their mission objectives.
Kelly brings creative problem-solving skills and over 25 years of experience in communications and education to the ECS-ed team. Kelly has taught at the preschool through college levels and provided grant writing and consulting services for education entities. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Southern Colorado with a BS in Mass Communications. Since earning her MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Kelly has provided business consulting and customer service to clients in a variety of fields. She now puts her experience to work for ECS-ed.
Stacy Pratt serves as the Accounts Manager at ECS-ed. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Communications. Stacy received her Master’s in Journalism from Regent University. She has worked in the communications and public relations field of both the government and non-profit sector. As the mother of 10, Stacy brings her organizational and communication skills to best serve the customers of ECS-ed.
Lisa brings expertise in budgeting and financial management to the ECS-ed team gleaned from over 15 years in contracting and finance. Utilizing excellent analytical skills, she maintains our complex government and civilian accounts. With a solid background in education, corporate operations, health and media, Lisa is a perfect fit to the breadth of ECS-ed product industries. She provides our clients, product partners and government agencies with expedient responses while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

With over three decades of experience in customer care and effective operations, Sharon contributes to the ECS-ed team with excellent attention to detail and administrative efficiency. Her work in commercial and ministry settings has given her a broad range of skills. She has extensive background in event coordination, facility operations, education, data processing and finance. Sharon works in customer support for ECS-ed with DoDEA and international clients who benefit from her professionalism and meticulous service.
Linda brings insight and attention to detail to the ECS-ed team as a Contract Sales Specialist. She majored in Communications at Azusa Pacific University and is a DOJ Certified Crime & Intelligence Analyst. She came to us after 32 years in the San Bernadino County Sheriff’s Department where she assisted Detectives and Deputies in solving cases by tracking & identifying suspects, forecasting crimes, mapping crime trends, and compiling crime statistics. That experience makes her uniquely qualified to track our customers’ shipments through the complex maze of transportation worldwide! Linda works from ECS-ed West in Spokane, where she now resides to be near her son and his family.
